Our team is made up of educated, motivated, and qualified Lead Teachers and Assistant Teachers. Island Kids has a passionate and knowledgeable Director who is here for all of your families needs. Our team is dedicated to making your child feel comfortable, safe, and happy about being at school.
All of our team have their background checked and their fingerprints ran. Once they are cleared, they can begin employment.

Dress code for the Staff
Our team will be in proper dress each day. Proper attire will be worn to ensure that the team looks presentable, professional, and qualified to work with your children!
Safety & Security
At Island Kids we take the safety of your children seriously.
We provide:
-Secure entry
-Cameras throughout the facility:
All classrooms, gymnasium, hallways, outdoor play spaces, and
directly on the front door
-The footage is recorded daily
-State of the art fire/sprinkler system
Island Kids teachers and teacher assistants are CPR and First Aide certified. All of the Island Kids teachers and assistants meet the requirements for continuing education by completing training hours monthly.
